GENERAL SERVICES
1. Day 0 : General Meeting, Racer’s Number and Official Sports Bag
Day 0 is November 16th . Registration is held on this date at the Pacific Coast Official Hotel. Assistance for all entrants is mandatory. Accomodations this date are not included.
All racers will receive the official racer sports bag with your number on it, this bag will be used to transport all of your belongings from race start to race finish each of the four days of the competition . You must fit all your needed clothes and gear in this bag. NO other travel bags, suit cases, or bike boxes will be transported by our staff.
We will however transport bike boxes and one other extra luggage ONLY day one, from the Jaco to Santa Ana.
Every morning each rider is responsible for dropping off his/her bag to our truck staff, they will transport your bag to the finish line each day of the race . You will not be able to have access to your bag until the finish line at the end of the stage.
You must give your racer number to our Information Center at the start and the end of each stage, when you ask for the lunch ticket, your bag or bike, and for the transportation to hotels.
2. Bike overnight
After each stage, all bikes will be stored at a supervised and secured area overnight. Nobody will be allowed to take bikes to the hotels after each stage. Shuttles will only transport people with their official bags. No bikes at all. These measures have been taken for your own security and comfort.

Hotel accommodations in double occupancy rooms for November 11, November 12, and November 13
We will try to get 3 and 4 star hotels for every racer signed up but there are limited number of these. Better hotels will be signed to earlier entrants. In some of the remote areas hot water and internet services will not be provided.
3. Transfers
Only participants that have
hired the transfer services will be able to board the
shuttles from San Jose to JACO on Day 0 and from Limon to San
Jose on Day 4.
Departure for JACO is November 16th,
will be at 9am from the Quality Inn Hotel located in Santa Ana. Estimated travel time 2 hours.
Return to San Jose on November 20th will be at 3:30pm after the awards ceremony, which will be at 3:00 pm. Estimated travel time 5 hours.
Shuttles cost
$90 USD per person each trip.

4. Massage Service
A professional massaging
team will take care of you after each stage and will help you to
recover your strength after each long and challenging course. (15 minutes massage)
Cost: $40 per massage
